Credits and Member Points are only applicable for purchase at G-NiiB Online Store (except for delivery charge);
Credits and Member Points are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash;

Membership points earned every year (from 1 January to 31 December) will expire on 31 December of the next year. Members can check the expiration date of the points on the member page;

Our system upgrades the membership rank for all eligible members every midnight. Member can enjoy the exclusive ranked-membership privileges after the rank is upgraded and shown on member page successfully;

Member can only enjoy Birthday Credit after the membership rank was upgraded to Silver (or above) Rank successfully;
The Ranked Membership does not apply to VIPs and Staff who purchase with special discount codes;
Credits and Member Points accumulated will be cancelled when the user account is terminated;
G-NiiB reserves the right to terminate or vary the above offers from time to time without providing any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, G-NiiB's decision shall be final and conclusive.
